Dr. Raynalde Shagen Lipfert, Pys.D. joins Clinical Team

In a hire that both strengthens our clinical team and deepens our services, Confluence is pleased to welcome Ray Shagen Lipfert, Psy.D to our program. Ray recently earned their doctorate in Psychology from Antioch University and has extensive experience working with young adults and in adventure-based counseling. Ray is joining our team as a primary clinician, where they will work with Confluence participants and families. Ray is bringing their passion and experience in adventure therapy by joining participants and direct care staff on adventure-based programming each Friday, which adds direct clinical presence and sessions to the outdoor experience.
