Arete, Counseling services offers an Intensive Outpatient Progrom (IOP) and Outpatient Therapy for young adults experiencing mentla health challenges interrupting their ability to manage their lives effectively. Arete care combines various therapeutic approaches to address mental health challenges. Our services are founded on a sense of community and connection, essential for healing. The IOP program is designed to be flexible, accommodating individual needs and schedules.
