Audrey Peavey

Director of Admission and Outreach

Audrey Peavey is a dedicated professional with a rich background in both social work and the hospitality industry, bringing over 23 years of experience in Admissions and Marketing work to her role at Confluence. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from the University of Maine, which formed a solid foundation for her 25 years spent helping families. 

Audrey’s journey began in the hospitality sector, where she honed her customer service acumen. Combining her passion for working with families to identify treatment options with an eye on exceptional customer service, Audrey brings warmth and compassion as well as attention to detail. The combination supports Confluence mission of providing the very best service to families through an often difficult time.

Over the course of her career, Audrey has worked in diverse programs, including outdoor behavioral health care, residential treatment, therapeutic boarding, home-based care and intervention support. Currently serving as a board member of the National Association of Therapeutic Schools and Programs (NATSAP), Audrey was elected by her peers and colleagues because of the commitment demonstrated to improving the landscape of care and supporting her colleagues in the field. She was a past member of the NATSAP Board from 2007 to 2008, contributing to the association’s growth and development and was an organizing force behind collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the field.

On a personal note, Audrey is not only a dedicated professional but also a passionate writer currently working on a book. Her interests extend to the outdoors, with a love for the beach, boating, hiking, and swimming. A globetrotter at heart, Audrey aspires to live internationally. Family holds a special place in Audrey’s heart, with two amazing daughters and two grandchildren bringing immeasurable joy to her life.
