Our Admission Process

Navigating treatment options and securing mental health services can be its own arduous journey. Our team is here to support your family along the way. Whether your family chooses Confluence or not, or goal is to help reduce the friction of getting engaged with the right care when it is most needed.

Discuss Our Services with Admissions Staff

Confluence admissions specialists are available at any time to discuss enrollment, answer questions about our program and discuss the appropriate level of care and continuum of services we offer.

Get Your Questions Answered

Confluence admissions counselors will speak with you and/or the potential participant to answer questions you may have about the program, services, duration of care or process. Additionally, admissions staff will gather pertinent information regarding the potential participant current experience, previous treatment histories and assess current needs to understand best if a Confluence program is right for you.

Insurance Options

At Confluence, we aim to make the admissions process as smooth as possible. Our Residential and Outpatient clinical services work with insurances to support families in accessing care when it is needed most.

Complete our Online Application For Services

Once you have spoken with Confluence admissions, complete our online application. With this information Confluence clinical and admissions teams carefully evaluate the application to determine whether the potential participant would benefit from our services and program. Completing an application is not a commitment to Confluence and does not bind service or payment.

Acceptance & Enrollment

Upon acceptance to Confluence, our team will immediately reach out to you to discuss next steps, which could include gathering additional information and documentation. In addition, Confluence staff will schedule the date of admission, coordinate transportation and local accommodation with the family and address any last minute questions or concerns.

Explore Your Health Insurance Benefits

Confluence admissions staff are available to help families navigate and better understand the insurance landscape as it relates to mental healthcare services. Our Residential and Outpatient programs work with insurances, however our coaching and transitional housing services do not accept insurance at this time. Confluence can bill insurance directly and private pay options are available as well.
